Trident’s sludge dewatering press MD Press 454 is featured in the August issue of the Treatment Plant Operator Magazine. The MD Press 454 dewatering press can process up to 250,000 gpd with about 4,000 lbs DS/hr. It features four dewatering cylinders, each powered by a 1.5 kW motor. The cylinders are strategically designed to allow efficient thickening and dewatering in a single operation.
Some of us had the opportunity to meet Trident sponsored Nascar driver Kody Vanderwal at the Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, WA. It was a great experience to be able to shadow driver and team and the racing was intense. Kody qualified 6th, which has been his best qualifying position this season. Our installation crew is currently in Northern Colorado installing a new nutrient recovery system on a dairy farm with a capacity for 4,000 cows. This is a green-site project and Trident has been involved in the planning and design from an early stage. Together with the dairyman Trident streamlined the entire manure handling process.
